Enter regular household spending without the traditional mortgage payment. The illustration treats income as deposits to the HELOC and spreads expenses across each month.

Add one-time or recurring extras

How extras are handled: Traditional mortgage extras are applied as additional principal payments. All In One extras are modeled as additional deposits that reduce the daily outstanding HELOC balance and remain subject to the loan’s variable-rate and cash-flow assumptions.

How this is calculated: The traditional value is the entered mortgage rate. The All In One value annualizes the modeled interest using its actual daily outstanding balances and rate changes. It reflects the balance-weighted borrowing rate—not an artificially reduced rate based only on total interest or the original balance.

How this illustration works

Traditional mortgage: Uses the entered fixed rate, remaining term, and optional extra payment with standard monthly amortization.

All In One: Uses an original daily-balance simulation. Income is deposited according to the selected frequency, expenses and draws increase the balance, interest accrues daily, and the variable rate changes annually by the amount entered up to the illustration cap.

Important comparison note: The traditional baseline uses its scheduled payment plus any extra payment you enter. The All In One result uses the full deposit-and-spending pattern entered above. Different use of surplus cash can materially change the comparison.
